Now we ate on repeat what we enjoyed on Day Two. The smoothie was just as delicious and I remembered to add a half a lemon instead of a quarter of a lemon. The funny part is we stopped at the store the other night for more lemons and Nick plain forgot to add it his smoothie! We had plenty of leftovers to get us through the day and even though we were both super hungry when it came time for dinner (we ate later than usual due to running errands), we had a hard time finishing the GIANT portion! But it tasted oh, so good!
Thoughts on Day Five: Again, we thought we might be bored eating something we’d already eatien throughout the week, but we really didn’t. We pulled out the Hot Spinach and Artichoke dip again for a late afternoon snack. Also, because we’d done all of the prep earlier in the week, we have had a super easy getting our meals ready!
